I could put at the back but need plug point... some more is that this whole plan could be ruined if my dad doesnt agree on the 6 footer...

Anyways, I found a bunch of Brazillian Microsword amonst my HM plant which is covered by algae but the sword is still nice.. replanted them... I thought they went extinct from my tank some time ago... oooo my amazon sword growing nicer.. all the leaves are above water surface one..

same concept as how a kettle boils water.. friction in the motor produces heat energy which is transferred into tank water...

yea and that canister is more professional looking rather than a bulky piece of something in the tank...

jus came back from melaka... visited my dad's fren's hse.. there's a 3feet tank quite deep id say 2 or 2.5ft... cheap common plants all on DW one(not criticising la~) moss grow vry wild and bushy... all the fish hiding one talked wif my dad's fren for some time abt the aquarium... very POISONING... thinking of getting a new tank soon...

any fish in the right mind would wanna eat shrimps if they can eat snails

ive kept ghost shrimps(big females) wif smaller rcs b4 and there has been no problem at all. The only problem is thatthey will sometimes snack on my guppy fry but its very rare for this to happen.

@adremier- planaria? im not sure, i dun think i seen one b4.. i dunno where they cum frm, where they live and wat kills them... i hv only seen pictures of them..

IMO, u should go buy those plastic containers, they are much cheaper than aquariums.

mind explaining abt planaria and hydra problems?

its not larvae of some fly, its larvae of a kind of mosquito name start wif "c" but i forgot call wat... My water fountain has a lot of these and my turtle tanks has these when the filter is not functioning.

lol... y messing up soil will kill them? I remember having my first batch of rcs and that was when i use normal gravel... i left all fauna in the tank when i removed all of the gravel and replaced it wif ADA Amazonia 1 normal type.. they all survived for a loong time. Don't ask me how i counted them, because i only had 10 of them

ooo wat fish u keep tat nids garlic? The only thing unusual i feed my fish is ikan bilis for my cichlids and arowana to clear their digestive system...
