Hard to tell. Do you know what thickness of MS and anti rust coating? Also, some WI designs cost a bit more. Auto gate would cost about RM1.5k. The thing about metal contractor dealing with auto gate. Will he able to service you once your auto gate is down? I went with the same metal contractor knowing he is responsive and reliable.
If you have paid booking with the contractor, do not bother to find out if it is overcharged. Just pray the workmanship is satisfactory.
