I need some models to test on my games, I don't know how to create and animate models, yet, so I am looking for some free ones to use, preferably human models with animations.

During my search, I found out 3dcafe.com, but they contains mostly non-living things.

If you cant find any online, you could try using Curious Labs Poser software. Its very easy to use. They have pre-built male and female models which you can customize (clothes, hair, weight, height etc...) It exports the models to various common formats so you can import them into other applications (Maya, 3DMax etc...)
