wandering why the AW hvnt refresh yet ?

yeap.. this booth got 2 m11x. one is with the unbalance base unit.. haha..

really gloomy. i was lookin for alienware booth whole day. but then end up i got fed up. so i asked around is there any alienware booth. then there's one promoter directed me to dell's booth (acer girl )

so your problem is common problem. what about the screen? those 2 have that problem also?

yea. the unbalance base according to one promoter and the DELL tech officer steve, its common.

nope. the screen problem 3 units were perfectly fit. no bulging out or unfit screen
mayb prob for the base and screen is mroe common to first batch i guess.. nto all.. but i m one of the unlucky ones.

try to call Dell Service Center they can work somethin out

problem like is should not occur for a premium laptop like Alienware. Dell really should take note about this.

i suggest you to send an email to their company officially, complaining about the quality of item that you'd received. at least they know their customer is highy dissatisfied and not happy with it.

can give me the email or channel to tell them my disatisfaction? everythin was fine, jz the screen n base.

but i m quite satisfied with dell's service. they r nice, friendly and helpful.. and most importantly, concern bout customers' needs. but that would be too soon to judge.

wait till they come and collect and fix my laptop. see whether they can make it in 5 days as promised. monday they collect back, friday they will send back. if they FAILED to send back by friday, THEY FAILED!

as promised , they will not leave a single scratch to the laptop, or even spoil the laptop somehow. like misplaced cooler or any possibility that could make the laptop malfunction. if they cannot achieve this, i will not only just send back sit back watch. i will complain GAO GAO!
dah lah send me faulty unit, bring back fix and send back to me lagi teruk..

M17x nebula red is vry vry nice, but for M15x nebula red is not nice, black better.....
M17x what colour also nice, i will preder sliver in M17x, M15x i will prefer black

look ur unti bcome their tools to test the problem. Free prototype unit ~

mayb most of the first batches are kinda like prototype to test see where the problems are for them to improve.. i also think like u dackson.

but its okay la.. as long as their service provided don fail me big time then ok edi. hehe...

how is the m11 benchmark ?? how long the battery life ?

my 3d06 score max 5995, min 56xx.

battery life depends.. last time max can go 6 hour 30 minutes. but recently can only go max 5 hours +

mayb becoz of my settings.. dunno la. nvr seem to go more than 6 hours edi..

it's power saver can go 6hours ??
may be is the light make it go shorter ??

after few month of using my battery slowly when down to 5 hour 45 minutes on 98%
i don think the battery performance will last ...for a year

if can not last for year, then it's good ^.^
can change a new one xD ^^
bcoz the battery put inside, heat, while charging and adaptor power result the reduction of battery life ~ Wandering why dnt they make it detachable ??
