friends in the architectural field, i need help with my LAM Part 3 Log Book

from the studies/research/queries which i've made, i found out that;

1. Since Aug 2001, the Architectural Examination Council Malaysia under LAM has undertaken its responsibilities from PAM to asses our exams and logbooks.

2. Logbooks:-

2.1 Logbooks which dated before Aug 2001 (under PAM) comprises of Log sheets, Diary sheets (where u may explain the events in the log sheets), appendices, and a seperate set of Professional Experience Evaluation Report.

2.2 Logbooks which dater after Aug 2001 (under LAM) comprises of Log Sheets (tick-in forms), without the Diary Sheet, and a seperate set of Professional Experience Evaluation Report.

My queries are;-

1. are we only required to fill in the 'tick-in' log sheet without needing to 'explain' the works as done in previous practices using 'diary sheets'.

2. am i in the right direction? hehe.. i would love to get feedback from friends who have already done these logbooks.

-i'd like to note that i have referred to prof.architects, but so far, their logbooks are using the previous format.
