A friend daughter getting nanyang singapore asean scholorship and also a scholorship from putrajaya study in uk.

asean -need to work 3 yr
putrajay - need to work 5 yr.

which is better?

actually it was kementerian pendidikan.

it is degree

she took the asean scholarship as the Singapore one can work in any company.

she took up the Singapore as she can work with any company in signapore.

but the Malaysia one got to work with kementerian pendidikan
