Hi, I am currently doing my Bachelor of Dental Surgery course in AIMST University. I am still in 1st year. The thing is, I am not from a really rich family and my parents can just barely squeeze enough money to get me into this course. And up till now I cannot forgive myself for not seriously studying in my SPM and get a JPA scholarship(which is the only scholarship I had heard of) which would surely alleviate the huge burden on my family.

However, a few months ago, I heard from people that we can actually apply for scholarships using our 1st year results but when I asked them, they said they heard from people as well. I went and search on the net but all that was futile(they look too confusing,and most requirements are for SPM leavers).

Thus,this is my last resort, posting in this forum to enquire if anyone knows of any scholarships which we can apply using undergraduate 1st year result. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance

However, it seems that the JPA PIDN is only for selected universities only and AIMST doesn't seem to be one of them?
