I once emailed Taylor. They told me that I can only apply for PTPTN after Im accepted into the college but Im not pretty sure about the deffering payment. They did told me that, if I failed to get PTPTN loan, they have other available loans for their students as well.

But to confirm, just visit them, email or call them up.

It will be better if ur excel in both, so they wont have any reasons to decline ur applications.
