Just curious, if i get MyMaster for my master course, and i am able to convert to PhD , does it mean that the MyMaster that i get will automatically convert to MyPhD ,and i will be bond for 5 years ?

Ps:Another problem is , the syarat to get MyPhD is either a Master degree with CGPA 3.0 and above or a degree with 3.60 and above , but since i convert , that mean i don't have the master degree and my degree also lower then 3.60. Will they automatic change the MyMaster to MyPhD ?
