u can apply for scholarship and u can still receive ptptn loan while u r on a scholarship...but most terminate their ptptn loan after receive a scholarship
yes, u can apply scholarship even if u have ptptn loanbut u must terminate the ptptn loan after u get the scholarship as almost all scholarship does not permit u to have more than 1 scholarship/loan..
