In order to approve your scholarship, you will need to show them a prove that you've been accepted by any of the UNI/College.

Exp: the Star and Nanyang scholarship, they will pay for your tuition fees by directly deal with the college bursary.

That's why it is vital to get a offer letter from UNI/College before applying any scholarship.
