How competitive is the JPA Loan for Overseas? Any idea?

Also, is there anything I can do about the fact that the course that I'm interested in is not in the list of accredited courses? Not that the course or the university is unknown ...

Am I suppose to submit income after EPF deduction or before?

Guys, any idea what do I fill in for the Education background for the Genting scholarship? Forecast or AS? I tried emailing them but apparently either the email doesn't exist or there's some other reason why I can't send it to them. Plus, they didn't state any hotline for inquiries regarding their scholarship application.

"Please Attach Highest education qualifications, eg. STPM, Diploma, A-Level, Matriculation"
Do I attach my recent AS results or SPM? @@

Any idea what kind of person are they looking for as a referee? LOL
