Does kuok foundation give half loan half grants that is sufficient to cover the course of engineering in monash?

Hi, I have a conditional letter from ANU (Australia National University) for engineering degree and am currently taking my A-Levels examination. had scored AAB for my AS-level and i was wondering if i am able to write to a foundation or companies for a scholarship? I had applied for the July intake. Thanks in advance for helping!
