Yes, for loan you can try PTPTN. For scholarship if you are 3.5 and above can try JPA PIDN1. ?Depending on your course, you may also find related-companies in the field that may provide loan or scholarship to you. For instance, Sony provides bonded scholarships for Electrical and Electronic Engineering undergrads.
