Hi, I just read that Maxis has opened their annual Scholarships programme for 2014 to all Malaysians now. You can check out the information and application windows here:

There is also another one from Yayasan DayaDiri (YDD), a private non-profit foundation. It is only open to Malaysian Bumiputeras and the web page is here:
