first duplicate image


2nd, take the radial blur and set according to ur like. for me, more is better as u can control it using the opocity blend mode


do like this setting as i want the ray start from the top of the right corner



3rd change the layer blend into lighten


4th layer mask the unwanted area for ROL


5th
create new layer then add some realistic effect using brush tools to make it nice


if u satisfied ed, no nid for further step. if u want to add more,

6th create new layer then using the brush tools n do like i do


7th do the radial blur for dat layer with the same amount and setting


8th layer mask the unwanted area


9th create frame... wallaaa done. about 5 minute only
