try open using gspot or mediainfo, it may helps extracting the content information.
or if it small,(less than 1 mb) use notepad to check the header if it really a video file.

it is spanned zip archives.
gather all spanned archives on same directory then extract using winzip.
not sure if winrar/7zip can handle this.

that was if codecs are installed.
windows media player can do the same too, provided the codecs installed on system.
