Gotta give scholes, giggs and neville a break. They have been playing for united all their life, age a factor their decreased and unconsistent performance. We still need them another year at least. With O'shea out this season, rafael being unexperienced, we still fail to have a good attacking midfielder like scholes, anderson being unconsistent and injured now. Giggs taking the playmaker role after CR left for real.

Rafael is pacey for sure, but sometimes due to his attacking he failed to get back on time. Like alien2003 said, he needs to improve on making desicions too. Being pacey can sometimes fail you, opponents tend to trick you to go the other way. But well, maybe against blackburn?

Argh, late goal from robben kicks us out of the champions league . I don't really care about managers moaning tho, they handle the team and I'm sure they have something to say about the games they play too. It's part of entertainment in football too .

I won't be using excuses like, being knocked out of UCL means we can focus more on the english premier league. But if you see, chelsea and arsenal have better advantage in the league over us. But well, don't give up!

Yoann Gourcuff is awesome. He's an attacking midfielder who plays above centre midfielders and behind the strikers. Similarly to Kaka, Diego, Sneidjer, he'll need backups from behind(At least 2 CMs i believe). Which means we'll be playing 4-5-1 most of the time with him. But remember, they are plenty of clubs tracking him.

If you look at their playstyle, it's totally different. Comparing a playmaker and a supportive striker

I'd like to have benzema in our team. He was quite good at the early of the la liga season until higuain begin his scoring spree and hit real good form which is why you see benzema is on the bench most of the time. With Kaka, Alonso, Lass around, they usually play with 1 striker.

But to be honest, we're missing him a lot. Just look at the threat he poses against burnley last weekend

I think we have coped well even without ronaldo. Valencia doing really well on the right flank, nani's got more chances to prove himself, two goals early this morning are simply "class" aren't they? He's been on and off, but i think overall he's done well so far

Another addition to the squad. This 21 years old lad is also playing for mexico national team. Now we have 3 strikers trying to break into the first-team- biram diouf, macheda and hernandez. At least one of them should go on loan next season. Welbeck could be sold i reckon.

Welbeck is already on loan at preston north actually. Macheda is only going to be 19 by august, maybe he'll become a top scorer for our second-string reserves?

Zoran Tosic's performance isn't bad at FC Cologne, playing regularly there. With nani and obertan around, he might be sold i guess?
