u missed out garry neville

anyway...even if we win the remaining match..we still need to hope chelsea drop points..which is highly unlikely now..
i lol at those arrogant fans who always say something like..."nvm la..just lose 1 match only ma..in the end..we still win the title ma"...now see how they eat their own words..thats the consequence of taking things for granted..

hope we can get whack by bayern this coming wednesday and let fergie know his squad is not strong enuf..lol

QUOTE(esca_flo @ Apr 4 2010, 07:03 PM)
but its still offside and the hand ball is just allegedly handball , but i dont think its 100% handball ,  as what u can see macheda didnt even  have time to react and i think he has unintentionally handle the ball as oppose to intentionally handle the ball , even france can get into world cup with a handball goal by thierry henry ,  so its the norm.  so as it stands in a perfect world ,  last night game should be a draw, it would be fair that way.  i didnt think man united can loss at OT to chelsea , the worst is they can draw.  but football is round right.    u lose some u win some.

all the best with bayern ,  hope u guys take the champ league trophy this year.  btw ,  still 5 game to go , who is to say chelsea wont drop points ?  who is to say arsenal will suddenly come from behind and take the title,  here we are bickering among ourself, suddenly arsenal win.  that would make both sets of fan shut up nicely.

cheers.

i still think draw is a fair result.

thanks. but hey .. shit happens. tongue.gif

Manchester United Looking To Buy Real Madrid's Karim Benzema In The Summer- Report
http://goal.com/en/news/11/transfer-zone/2...s-karim-benzema

If this happens, I can see that Berbatov will be on his way out of OT. But I wouldn't mind him coming here.

QUOTE(clsiluf @ Apr 4 2010, 08:03 PM)
i thought united lack a playmaker ...

arsenal has fab, chelsea has lampard, liverpool has gerrard ...

man united? uncle scholes ?

hargreaves is back but can he stay away from injuries?
*
hargo is no playmaker. we bought him to replace keano, or a part of him. fletcher stepped us. but he is no playmaker either.

i used to think that carrick could orchestrate our play thru the mid. i dont really know what has happened to him post 2006-07. he was the perfect partner for scholes back then.

benzema is too young for ac milan la =.=

I dont see Benzema coming Manchester United either. For one, we are starting to adapt 4-5-1 formation. This will just push him back to bench as Rooney would be #1 choice, and Owen probably will snatch 2nd choice.

When it comes to 4-4-2, we need someone that can support the striker. Berbatov's unselfishness suits that formation behind Rooney, and once again, Rooney-->Owen-->Benzema, just scared too many striker, like Tevez case pulak...

For the handball case, it is hard to spot. If drogba did that i'll just admit the controversional of the goal and get on with it. But the offside is just way to obvious to not be spotted. I believe thats where it starts getting to anyone nerves, when drogba, knowing himself offside(see him blurr blurr) and summore dare to celebrate proudly..

If only Anderson developed like we hoped he would after all the potential he showed in his first season  wink.gif
*
Rooney needs the rest. Although he managed to be our numero uno this season, look what that has cost him. 4-5-1 isn't our main formation. SAF plays that formation coz he knows that we don't have anyone of high caliber in midfield anymore. We used to have Keano and Scholesy partnership to dominate possessions. Hence, putting in an extra midfielder to cover our midfield.

Back then we used to have Ronaldo to kill people with his skills. Oppositions tend to over-guard him. A little bit of freedom in the center. Now, if only Nani could replicate his compatriot's form for us. Then, it would be something else. Anderson, I have high hopes for this kid. His first season with us was phenomenal. Pawned big names, Fabregas, Gerrard and others when being played on. Don't really know what has happened to him.

Hoping for the best. I reckon that we need reinforcements in the summer. A quality striker to cover and partner for Rooney. A creative midfielder and if Vida leaves, an another CB who can win the ball in the air. SAF knows these, I think. If we managed to get a creative CM and a quality striker .. we would be playing 4-4-2 again. Maybe ..

Plus 1.

Ah. I can see it now. The REAL reason why he's using 4-5-1. Because our midfield sucks and only Fletcher is the one performing. So to compensate for that, he adds awesome + suck + suck (flanks excluded)
*
Yes. IMO la. How many times have we seen Fletcher running like a headless chicken this season? That is why I would love for Park to play to support him. Park has that close control ability and great effort in chasing the opponent. It might not have work for every opponent, as we did saw against Chelsea last weekend.
