[ PART I ] - Day 1
----------------------
Firstly, prepare a suitable picture for transfer to the wall. In my case I'm painting Kakashi from the Naruto anime. Original picture is as follows...

I desaturated it in Photoshop, raised the contrast to remove light greys and then Posterized to two colors. (Cos I'm only using one color for the wall...) This is what the prepared drawing looks like...

Printed out on A4 paper with a grid to ease transfer onto the wall...

After drawing a grid on my wall with 8" squares, I proceeded to transfer the drawing with a relatively hard pencil so the lead wouldn't mix with the paint later and darken the color. I used a 3H and an eraser for this step...

Also when drawing, make sure your underwear is peeking out to balance your drawing arm.... (i'm just kidding here...

Tadaa... completed pencil outline of Kakashi on the wall...

Stay tuned for Part II tomorrow! I'll start painting it tonight after work and hopefully have the pictures up by tomorrow afternoon. Feedback would be appreciated.
