some money changer in indonesia can send money from indonesia to malaysia.the money changer partners in malaysia will bank in the amount money to the recipient in malaysia.i've done this before, which my mum banked the money into my CIMB account.the money changer will charge around RM20 for every RM5000 deposited.
you can use western union, but i think that fees will add to the original price of the book.

TT i'm not so sure..you can check with maybank or cimb.coz maybank partners with Bank Mandiri in Indonesia and CIMB with Bank Niaga.so you can find out from maybank and cimb first whether they have that TT services and charges, and let the buyer know whether to use bank mandiri or bank niaga.most people would have bank mandiri account because its one of the famous n national banks in indonesia, like maybank here.

Added on March 31, 2010, 11:32 amwestern union also can,but you should check the charges...go to cimb too abt western union.
