I don't know how do I explain this. I would like to seek some advices before I went to KL next week to do a thorough checkup for my body.

Sometimes I have pain in my kneecap that walking is really painful.

But its sometimes, sometimes is bearable, sometimes its not. The time I am typing out this post I am suffering for quite intense pain in my kneecap at the moment. Resisting pee in your bladder especially will escalate the pain in your knee.

Now the thing is that this "pain" I am getting now, is able to spread. I can feel something something like pain in my arm. I really do not know how to describe it. Entire body will feel pain, sore. Its hell.

Painkiller doesn't work apparently.

Paracetamol related pills doesn't work. The safest painkiller and the strongest doesn't work either, By means of safest, next in line will probably be steroids or Morphine.

Now I found out about this pad, call "ketotop" which contains the drugs Ketoprofen, This drug apparently mostly deal with arthritis.

Why not continue using it?

While doing some web search about Ketoprofen, I think I am meeting most of the symptoms of overdose, which is like chest pain, black stools, and some random stuffs. Well I am not too sure but I think I used a lot of these pads.

Because Ketoprofen is able to harm your stomach in a fatal way. That's why I stopped putting such pad.

If I were to continue using that pad, I prefer to sit back in my wheelchair and suffer pain.

What is you guise views on such pains?

Do enlighten me. Thank you.

I can provide some answer to your questions if I am able to answer.

Your knee joint pain may be due to the cartilage already worn out. If that is the case then it is recommended that you take glucosamine tablets. Pain killers will not solve the problem. It is good to see a doctor about this to make sure it is not more serious.

I used to have pain in the knee when I climb the stairs. Since taking glucosamine tablets I don't suffer the pain in my knee any more. My leg muscles was also painful but with an increase of calcium/magnesium and grape seed extract I do not have the pain any more. Sometimes our ailments may be due to a deficiency in certain nutrients.

This is my 3rd day taking glucosamine. The powder type mix in water though. Heard it works better?

take note that too much pain has it's adverse effect on the body as well. sometimes it's the balance between toxic effect of drug and effect of pain, depending which outweighs the other in the decision.

also, you are not a doctor and self diagnosis doesn't work well. even a doctor might need help of another doctor.

you only assumed you have arthritis. go see a doctor.
there's many diseases associated with joint pain :

I see! I didn't know that, thanks a lot!

Another note I want to note here:

I went through a MRI scan of my leg before. Apparently there's no problem with it.

Dude, you might get Rheumatoid Arthritis. This disease caused by auto-immune which means your immune system is attacking your body. The cause is your immune system treats the soft tissues(especially cartilage located on the joints) as foreign objects and attack it. My mum had such problem on both of her knees and remedy is to replace a titanium one. Upon doctor opened her kneecap, he found out the soft tissues are totally gone and joints were grinding each other.

Not to freak you out but this disease is most frequent between the ages of 40 and 50, but people of any age can be affected.

But then, MRI scan shows nothing wrong with my leg?
