Your knee joint pain may be due to the cartilage already worn out. If that is the case then it is recommended that you take glucosamine tablets. Pain killers will not solve the problem. It is good to see a doctor about this to make sure it is not more serious.

I used to have pain in the knee when I climb the stairs. Since taking glucosamine tablets I don't suffer the pain in my knee any more. My leg muscles was also painful but with an increase of calcium/magnesium and grape seed extract I do not have the pain any more. Sometimes our ailments may be due to a deficiency in certain nutrients.
