You can find it on ebay but looking at the price, I wouldn't buy it if I'm you. Are your contacts corroded or it's for regular maintainence?
A fine grit sandpaper is far faster or the file of your nailclipper (if it's bad and you don't have any tools) for corrosion.
For degreasing or other dirt, some alcohol will do.

I've tried a few stuffs in the past (not for Hifi stuff though) and they're always far more troublesome than what I've recommended above.
