Spend quite a bit of time and legwork trying to track this baby down from various av and hi-fi shops but only response I get is a polite no-sorry.

Then after random googling, I came upon the recommendation to have in delivered from Bluetin. Does anyone know if they're reliable and have experience ordering from them ? I really like to not take this route as shipping cost+insurance+possible tax from overzealous custom officer and the whole cost will balloon out of hand.

Also, I'd like to purchase the optional JVC VICTOR AA-D1 AC Adapter but I'd like to ask if its possible to get some other cheaper equivalent. Also want to ask where to get Toslink to mini Toslink cables, and the average price (in POV of season audiophiles) it should cost.

I hope to get some speedy responses from some of the experts here.

Any idea where to get a mono Y Plug that separates the left channel and right channel into two different outsides? (e.g left channel speakers right channel ear phones ) . Tried looking around but can't seem to find it!!

This is readily available in most electrical/electronic stores. Can even DIY.
