Add at least 2 inches at each side.
Then double up ur width as well, so ur curtain will look nicer (like wavy/curvy).
I believe the shop will help u to calculate if u give them the window measurement.

I got mine done at Kamdar. When they got sales, the price can be cheap and the selection of clothes alot too.
The tailor charge is quite cheap too. |
