The last time i was there and from my chat with the SA, they said one of SS plans is to have en bloc sale for the two towers...and got some drinking holes for the retail segment...Did your SA tell you something else or something new? Do share, please... yes, two blocks are selling en block. confirm restaurants are starbucks,kenny roger,theloaf,q-thai. 5 banks are coming in, uob,cimb,mbb,affin,rhb. i had been visited the sales gallery 4 times,my friends bought it first,eventually my turn.
