It is a pub... I was surprise when the SA said the top floor for commercial block is for pubs. One confirmed is Library. Not sure how true is that.
Tot CBJ all halal no alchohol no pork.

Besides that, I was told that the 2 apartment block holds Commercial title instead of Residential title. Anyone can clarify this?

Not that well acquainted with cb cos everytime i drive there, i will auto end up at persiaran multimedia (PM) biggrin.gif Why do u say that lkw is the ctr of cb ? It looks to b sitting right beside the putrajaya boundary. If a college is to drive developments here, i would put my bet nearer to PM cos the combined number of students here are higher.. Yah, the area between d'pulze & PM/Persiaran Apec crossjunction ought to be the upcoming golden mile of cb. The class of projects here looks a notch higher,
