too expensive...but it is the most prime location in cyberjaya. I rate glomac location 1st and this one 2nd in term of the area.

btw me probably investing in Garden PLaza project by Mah Sing. waiting for its launching...

strong and exprienced developer. targeting the plaza to be another small happening success hangout place, same as to what the shoplot in front of cyberia smarthomes currently is. And I expect the students of LKW to bring that positive vibe as it is only in front of the university itself. Much like smarthomes is to MMU. as far as i know that is the only commercial area for garden residence and area in front of LKW. wouldn't worry about oversupply of commercial shoplots there. it'll bring a lot of young working yuppies to stay there or even the students. Im targeting those mid size suite/studio unit.

credit to the developer...prime land...fast completion/construction, shops already abundant..nice design concept....it beats glomac shoplot project at the traffic junction by a lot currently....;o

Shaftsbury definitely winner for flagship commercial development in cj...but as we know we malaysians die die still prefer the traditional design mall with air cond in it...

Can we called shaftsbury a mall? Definitely not...but we can called it a 'commercial plaza'... The only competition for this developmen later is going to be tamarind square...this tamarind oso we camt really called it a mall...

Its beautiful...if developer can deliver almost 100% of the rendering design then okay.jpeg... But poblem with mk land brotherhood punya development...design time mmg cantik bombastik...bila dah siap can only achieve 50-60% of the earlier design...hopes the son delivers n break the fatjers voodoo...

Looks like good development and management is essential for profitable investment in props...

Thrs a few other dev that didnt turn up as good as developer ambitious projection.

Based on rough view u kind of spot on la sifu...good business and many patrons on grd floor only...1st floor upwards quite a lot biz not doing good and closing down...got a few empty lots too...

Anyway this is normal for new commercial area...thats why tenant must have very high holding power eventhough business right now not so good...
