There are 3 types
Type A - Service Apartment , 906sf, 2 parking
Type B - Service Apartment/SOHO, 639sf, 1 parking
Type C - Service Apartment/SOHO, 463sf, 1 parking

As I have roughly randomly view the price list, i will say price as below though I might be wrong smile.gif
Type A price from 364k
Type B price from 256k
Type C price from 185k

Total 2 Blocks, Block B has 366 units, Block A has 417, total 783. Will start launching on Block B.

Maintenance fee: 20cents/sf

Lauching will be somewhere around May/June, but you can make booking now. booking fee 2k.
Show unit is under construction expected ready by lauching date.

just came back from developer office, make booking for 3 units, 2 type B & 1 type C, quite confident on this project expecially on its' location.
Hopefully loan will get over it.

Domain 1 has rental around RM1350 bare unit.

Shaftsbury Capital owned by Ikhasas Sdn Bhd - is a very good reputation developer around cyberjaya.

Does anyone interested on Type B - Service Apartment/SOHO, 639sf? I have a unit would need to let go.
11 floors, heading putrajaya, no additional topup, developer price.
