Hi, buzzlite is not an agent but I am optimistic as an invester as I have done my reaserch on this great intergrated development. Take a drive there and spend some time around this place to convince yourself. Besides I am not one of the early bird buyer but I have no doubt of its potentail. Remember in 2 years time, it will start to boom.

I did mentioned that Cyberjaya is going to boom in 2 to 3 years time. There are at least 7commercial and residential property now under development in Cyber Jaya. Shaftsbury, Symphony Hills, Serin Residency, The Pulse, Garden Residence, The Place, Domain , Mirage. Cyberjaya is of national interest. Over the years Cyberjay has matured with all the best communication infrastructure. Strategically, shaftsbury should stand out as the commercial meeting point. Thats why it is the most expensive.

Take your pick. All investment should be safe but you will need to decide which give the highest return and I have picked mine.

Here is more facts why Cyberjaya will boom. Shaftsbury will also cater for wealthy foreign students. Paying RM2000 per month is not uncommon in KL.

S P Setia Berhad recently announced the purchase of approximately 268.11 acres of prime freehold land in Cyberjaya's Flagship Zone for RM420.4 million.

To be developed by Setia Eco Villa, a joint venture company between S P Setia Berhad and Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd, the project will be a mixed residential and commercial development and is expected to have a gross development value of around RM3 billion. The project is expected to commence in FY2012 and span a development period of about six years.

Located strategically within the Cyberjaya Flagship Zone (CFZ), the land is highly accessible and well connected by a network of highways including the North-South Expressway, the Damansara-Puchong Expressway and the MAJU Expressway.
