I do not see the logical reason why of getting so many expats to work in Malaysia where else the main purpose of outsourcing is to save $$$ nia. Expat $$$ simply too high and not cost effective also.

:S P Setia acquires prime land in Cyberjaya Flagship Zone
S P Setia Berhad recently announced the purchase of approximately 268.11 acres of prime freehold land in Cyberjaya's Flagship Zone for RM420.4 million.
To be developed by Setia Eco Villa, a joint venture company between S P Setia Berhad and Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd, the project will be a mixed residential and commercial development and is expected to have a gross development value of around RM3 billion. The project is expected to commence in FY2012 and span a development period of about six years.
Located strategically within the Cyberjaya Flagship Zone (CFZ), the land is highly accessible and well connected by a network of highways including the North-South Expressway, the Damansara-Puchong Expressway and the MAJU Expressway.
S P Setia President and CEO Tan Sri Liew Kee Sin said the Group was excited about the potential of the land and looking forward to creating a new eco-themed development based on the award-winning DNA of its flagship development of Setia Eco Park in Shah Alam."There is very clear and present demand for properties in ecologically attuned enclaves in the Klang Valley and this new tract will allow the Group to tap into this demand by offering products with Setia Eco Park's proven award-winning 'DNA' in a new and upcoming Klang Valley location," said Liew.
"The size of the land is perfect for a mid to high-end gated and guarded development comprising semi-detached homes, bungalows and commercial developments,"he added. The tract will be designed and developed to blend seamlessly with the natural topography of the Said Land with flowing creeks, lush greeneries, green parks, extensive landscaping and streetscapes.
"The Group is confident that this new project will help elevate the standards of living in Cyberjaya to a new level in line with the Government's vision for Cyberjaya the be the nation's foremost centre for international and local ICT, multimedia and shared-services outsourcing investments and operations," Liew said.
