cyberjaya has lots of potential.
foreign students have lots of money.. but actually lots of karenah too
and also expat, they are looking for condo in cyberjaya too
there are also university of Medina will be open here somewhere on 2012 or 2013
so, the number of foreign student will increased then

as i read in newspaper last year, the campus development works will sart somewhere at 2012 or 2013.
i have checked in the university's website 2 weeks ago, seems like the project is still on, but they are in the process of negotiating with msian authorities

about the number of student, currently they have 12xx but i am not really sure how much they target after the campus ready. maybe about 5000

i think garden plaza has its own potential, but mostly are from limkokwing students.
hopefully, local professionals working in cyberjaya also interested to stay here, since it is in the middle of cyber to puchong / putrajaya and on the way to kajang / bangi.
but for expats working at the center of cyberjaya offices, i can see some of them are walking tp work and do not own car. that is why they prefer to stay at domain.
