Folks, i am considering about Shaftbury Square. But from my understanding here, this is sitting on enterprise title and hold MSC status as claim by the Sales Agent. Do we have anyone to confirm this?
I am more interested what is actuallly the selling point for SS compare to NeoCyber Domain. In terms of value and pricing, yield of rental collection is favourably better for Domain. Any thoughts on this? |

Spoke with the developer today, informed that 80% sold for phase B.
I was informed as well on the MSC status, but to my knowledge, it's a Enterprise project. not sure how true it is on the MSC application |
