You were right...previously most workers in Cyberjaya stayed somewhere further like in Puchong and Seri Kembangan because there were no affordable landed properties near Cyberjaya. However recently the cloverleaf interchange to Nusaputra was completed (see map below - circled in red).
So from now on we can expect more Cyberjaya workers to stay nearby. These nearby developments (only 4km from MMU) such as Nusaputra, Amanputra & Putra Perdana are affordable and cater to middle-income people. For example properties in Nusaputra (G&G) are selling for only RM200/sf (built up).
