hi, I have also booked 1 bedroom unit in Block B at RM294,900. Not sure if I should hold on to the unit or should let go. Anyway, if anyone is interested, please pm or call me at 016-6669209. SPA has not been signed.

We booked this unit in Sept. There were supposed to be 2 parties to this purchase. The other party has decided to pull out. If we can realise some gains now, we'll do so. Otherwise, I'll buy over the other party's share....
