Studio is RM210 per night (taxes inclusive)
1-room suite is RM250 per night (taxes inclusive)
2-room suite is RM400 per night (taxes inclusive)

When shaftsbury soho converted to service residency hotel, will it depreciate or appreciate the value of the property? Any opinion?

You can still stay in your soho unit. Buyers have the option to lease out their unit to the hotel operator to rent out as hotel room. So you may have a neighbour hotel room.
