as i read in newspaper last year, the campus development works will sart somewhere at 2012 or 2013.
i have checked in the university's website 2 weeks ago, seems like the project is still on, but they are in the process of negotiating with msian authorities

Seems quite far away from the center of Cyberjaya main activity. Any thoughts on why you think it would be a good buy?

i think garden plaza has its own potential, but mostly are from limkokwing students.
hopefully, local professionals working in cyberjaya also interested to stay here, since it is in the middle of cyber to puchong / putrajaya and on the way to kajang / bangi.
but for expats working at the center of cyberjaya offices, i can see some of them are walking tp work and do not own car. that is why they prefer to stay at domain.

strong and exprienced developer. targeting the plaza to be another small happening success hangout place, same as to what the shoplot in front of cyberia smarthomes currently is. And I expect the students of LKW to bring that positive vibe as it is only in front of the university itself. Much like smarthomes is to MMU. as far as i know that is the only commercial area for garden residence and area in front of LKW. wouldn't worry about oversupply of commercial shoplots there. it'll bring a lot of young working yuppies to stay there or even the students. Im targeting those mid size suite/studio unit.

same as you.
let's hope gov genuinely put more efforts to develope ptj and cbj this time.
gov plans to move parliment to ptj.
i was attracted to ptj during my visit to hot air balloon festival.
and we have another international event here, International Dragon Boat Festival 2010.

More than RM400 per sqft, is it too expensive? Why don't you looking for other surrounding area, such as Cyber Heights Villa? Per sqft price starting from RM235... value of money. biggrin.gif

Folks, i am considering about Shaftbury Square. But from my understanding here, this is sitting on enterprise title and hold MSC status as claim by the Sales Agent. Do we have anyone to confirm this?

I am more interested what is actuallly the selling point for SS compare to NeoCyber Domain. In terms of value and pricing, yield of rental collection is favourably better for Domain. Any thoughts on this?

Hi, i read your previous post that you are waiting for Garden Plaza.
What make you changed you mind and buy Shaftsbury?
Any unit left for Shaftsbury?

Just notice from Garden Plaza website that the built-up and price has changed for those below 1,000 sqft:
500sqft - RM228,800
700sqft - RM298,000
1,000sqft - RM398,000

Do you guys think can buy?
