New N900 user signing in!

The USSD widget is so cool, now i can check my balance already..for DIGI user, go to the setting of the USSD wiget and put in *128# 1 1 , hope this helps and don forget the space after the 128 and the 1

Have any forumers face problem when using *#0000#, it shows 'V Unknon' instead of the firmware version?

you cant check ur balance..exp *128# but its ok to check the firmware...there used to be the firmware version there and now it just show unknown. Btw, my browser used to allow me to play popcap games..but now it just don work..dunno why, lets hope this new firmware can solve my problems

bro where can i get the mp fremantle thing? and do i need to put in the version myself? wad is the cause of the unknown firmware?

bro..i put in the 1st line, then i only get mp-fremantle-g then i put in the 2nd line with the mp-fremantle-g, it says unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), are you root , once my firmware is unknown, i found that i cannot access site with flash, it keeps asking me to install flash plugin.

I flashed my firmware to 1.2 dy, at 1st it was ok but after some application installed, this problem came out. Will this be cause by the application i installed?? Please help..thanks

yeah..the firmware show correctly, until i installed some application, it turned to unknown...will it be Rdesktop or PYCallblocker? and i found out after the firmware is unknown..all flash website cannot run...

even during 1.1 already have this problem, i just notice yesterday morning then i found out new firmware has already released..i flashed the new firmware and seems to be back to normal, until i installed application and i look back..it turn back to unknown

how do i run as root?

Cant seem to solve it ..so i reflash my phone again with PR 1.2 ..currently seems ok..able to see firmware version. My guess the unknown firmware is due to PYCALLBLOCKER program.

alrite guys...this time i really found out why the FW is unknown..its bcoz of hacking the phone..and after hacking the phone the FW will be unknown. And theres one thing, b4 hack i am able to play bjeweled via popcap but after hacked..i cant..weired eh? pls help
