i think i on9 for 1 hour none stop adi can cause my battery drain to 80~70% XP

Yes I think.I might go for 700MHz after the PR 1.2 update.

I mostly online with EDGE(since DiGi 3G is unavailable in my area).My battery level don't drop that fast.Try to use 2.5G if you can help it.Save the battery a lot.

Switch to 2G will conserve the battery more.

But 2G too slow to surt internet

depends u prefer battery life or speed? u must sacrifice 1 haha

still saving money to buy this phone.

Installing Through X-terminal in N900:

Download both files in the above link to root directory in Nokia N900 then

Type root then

type cd /home/user/MyDocs/

dpkg -i name-of-the-lib-file.deb <-----must understand
dpkg -i name-of-the-chromefile.deb <-----must understand
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
dpkg -i libxss-1.1.3.deb <---this is what i use and success
dpkg -i chromium-5.0.369.2.deb <---this is what i use and success

I love the default browser but too bad it don't have "back" button.
Next firmware update will fix it thought.Speaking of firmware update,it's already weekend but PR 1.2 is nowhere in sight.

use the backspace on the keyboard.

PR1.2 will have proper back button on screen.

do i have to install an app to change from 2g to 2.5g to 3g to 3.5g?

i saw tat app in apps manager

btw, if ur modem is far away from ur phone and u connect wifi via the modem. will it consume more battery compared to a close one?

can anyone teach me (noob) donno how to press Ctrl + Shift + P

press ctrl (top left of the keyboard)
press shift (bottom left of the keyboard [big white up arrow])
press "p" 3rd key from the top right

Then open the images folder in your n900 and you should see the screenshot

thx. got it. btw, how come there is a webcam thing and a camera when i press battery?

The camera for you to take print screen and video for you to record video within the phone screen
