Just overclocked my phone to 800mhz

Will try 1Ghz some other time, try to see if any problem with 800 first

guys i have problem with maxis 3G, activated 3G service few days ago,
got he setting saved in my phone, 3G logo also appeared on the screen,
but whenever i try to connect 3G i got the error msg " internet connection fail",
checked the user name n password in 3G setting it was all correct, checked with maxis operator also telling me there are no problem with my 3G service.
this is my first smartphone and i really have no idea on how to solve this problem, should i hard reset the phone ?

Regarding file sharing with desktop computer..

AVI movie - 700mb with length under 1 hour - viewable
AVI movie - 700mb with length over 1 hour - audio only


And I can't fast forward or select where i want to c.. Any solutions to that??

try rebooting or reinsert ur sim?

Nobody knows. OC is something nothing to do with firmware. We never know maybe Nokia might integrate it in next update?

btw, anyone solved the heat problem? caused by battery or wat?

i don't own a n900....just follow on this thread and very itchy to get a unit

K-bkeat i not want to be rude but if everyone so afraid like u then today nobody will OC or test new software and find new stuff because everyone will ask and ask and ask and nobody excute. So why not excute and sharing the good news with others because we also dunno. Remember before u do an action u calculation the risk. Nothing is 100%


The beauty of symbian/maemo etc is even the phone software crash there is always a way to get it back

I had exactly this problem, until I just replaced my 3.5 years old SIM card with a new. Same policy, new card.

the heat problem is more related to the battery not your processor... thats what i have made to understand....

Done! Loading speed almost matched Nokia MicroB. And flash is supported for certain content.
