Good day everyone smile.gif

Would like to learn some hints from you guy how is your proper planning when you bought 1st house to stay. what i mean is proper planning of adding/reroute new power point, water plumbing, kitchen renovation, interior renovation too. Right now after paying the downpayment, likely will dont have so much money to do all in one shot renovation. so think to do it part by part. but some how the renovation some is related to each other like power point plug reservation. so wish to do proper planning to avoid redundant cost blush.gif

Some noob questions: (also pls advice which part need started first)
