Power point installation
1. Can we ask the electrician to reserve some "line" for future use (for future use in kicthen, etc) up front
2. If a house in future will do have with 2 units of shower system, 3 units of air-conditioner, 1 refrigenerator, TV, etc. Can the house main switch box able to supply these load?
3. How they charge for a) labour b)material c) reroute line
4. Rough budget?
What do you mean by 'reserve'? I think best is you estimate how many points you need and then ask the electrician to add those. They charge by number of electric points.1. Can we ask the electrician to reserve some "line" for future use (for future use in kicthen, etc) up front

Your house is single phase or 3-phase? If single phase, normally max is 60A (check your main fuse, near the meter). This means you can have a max of 10 1-HP aircons (each aircon about 3-4 Amp), provided you don't turn on other things (eg lights, washing machine etc). So to calculate load, you have to find out what is the max ampere consumed by each appliance.
Each point they charge about rm50-80, depending on where you are located. Penang island is rm70-rm80, mainland is about rm50-rm70. Lighting point cheaper (rm30-rm45).
Better ask them to install single-layer wiring with PVC piping.
Air con point around rm150-rm180, same for heater (since same type of wires).

99% of the time the electrician will use short-parallel method to connect them (i.e. looping). Impossible to do series, your energy-savings-bulb won't even light up with series.
rm30-45 per light point. So if you have 10 downlights, rm300-rm450 loh...

In house Water Tank
15. Anyone doing prevention or detection of the water tank leakage? i heard water leakage will make the plaster shit
Bypass the water tank...anyway, even if leakage and spoils your plaster, plaster ceiling and water tank can be easily fixed. 15. Anyone doing prevention or detection of the water tank leakage? i heard water leakage will make the plaster shit
Others: car porch tile is cheaper than cement imprint if your car porch already has cement, because for cement imprint they have to hack the entir car porch and lay new BRC wires. For tiles, they just lay the tiles on top of existing cement.
