Wonder if anyone has a neighbourhood to recommend with the following features?

a - Klang Valley location
b - Freehold
c - 1800 sq ft built up or more
d - Old or new property
e - 22' x 75' or more
f - Max RM500k

Not interested in Puchong, Shah Alam, Setapak or Cheras.

oug. rm4XXk. near to kl. use smart tunnel.

Actually many places meet your requirement.

Klang Valley is a very big place, you might want to narrow down the location.

Currently living in Bkt Antarabangsa and working in PJ New Town.

Ampang would be ideal but haven't been able to find a good unit.

Also open to other areas.

What's the rough market price and house size in those 2 areas?

If you can increase another 100k then would be great.

Gasing Indah 2.5 storey 22x75 , freehold, around 600k-650k.
Great air,greenery, breeze environment.

Or Taman Buana Perdana near sri manja. 2.5 storey as well.
environmental wise a bit down.

borrow your thread to looking for same requirement around PJ area..
