Hi all, im looking for a landed property which is good for investment...i don't mind its used...of cos new is better, but i only affordable for property around rm250k...any suggestion ?? prefer puchong, bukit jalil or serdang....

or any other area, please dun hesitate to share your idea biggrin.gif

250k landed.. you can forget bukit jalil first of all.. then puchong single story around bandar kinrara alot,, this for freehold.. if not leasehold, many secondhand market is around that price.. for 250k landed,, i will buy a decent second hand double story terrace at Puncak Jalil.. but it was from talam la..

I think 250k++ can get a new double storey in equine park...but i dun think its good for rental investment...not sure about caiptal investment..

i aim for rental and capital gain invesment...in serdang raya(2mins from bkt jalil) double storey 250k for basic house(no renovation), rental can be rm800-1000...the mkt price for that area increasing 5% a year...but the house is 20 years old..

do u think it's a good investment, i thinking of make a short term investment 5-6 years, rental can cover my monthly installment and i can still make a caiptal gain.

Taman punck jalil good for investment ?? what is the monthly rental ?? easy to rent it out ?? thanks...

if this is for investment purpose and not own stay why restrict yourself to puchong, bukit jalil or serdang?

kucingfight, i agree with what u said...i alwys got my own idea...but im newbie in property...doing survey about property...
