hi sifus so currently I just bought the following products - ICE whey protein - L-carnitine - Lipo 6x so my question is how do i organize my supplement intake for maximum result? as you can see my goal is fat loss. as I am 177 cm and 95kg currently. body fat around 36 percent!! I got very big spare tyre around my stomach and love handle sad.gif . my target is 75 kg healthy BMI. I already lose 10kg since January (from 105kg) but my weight seems to stop decreasing. (is it because I grow muscle?) I can exercise twice a day once early in the morning after wake up and in the evening around 6-7pm. most of my exercise is doing barbell "BEAR" complex, then some bicycle crunch and chest press, follow by some 15 minute of running. am I doing it right? my meal consist of oat meal and boiled egg in the morning and light lunch and dinner. can give me more advice?? thanks in advance

Getting Started

What exactly is "light" lunch and dinner? If its carb-heavy stuff you won't be seeing much progress.
Also measure your waistline to gauge if you're making any progress with your fat loss, the weight scales can be very deceptive.

Measure waistline in the morning, before you have any food or drink. Judging your progress from looking at the scales isn't a good method because your weight can fluctuate wildly depending on factors like food/drink intake, sodium and water retention, even the crap stored in your big intestines.
