i'm too late readin your replies..

i went out last night, and told my brother if he can partition the ://c,
my brother messed up with the "shrink" partition.
at 1st he told me he knew what he was doing...
he shrinked the ://c already,
now cannot boot up in windows already, got error.
now i'm online with hp quickweb.

so now i guess what i can is just format the netbook rite? (or do i have other choices?)
can i re use the windows serial number?
and does the hp recovery can be used after i installed new win 7?
also, can i use the external usb dvd rom to format the laptop? (never use any b4, so i wonder if that thing works without os)

the hp quickweb cant access wireless internet connection if there is a password eventho the password has already been inserted,

why ah?
but if the wireless is open, it can enter the internet.

everytime i change default "open with" to other programs,
but when after reboot, it keep opens files such as music, videos an pictures using hp quickweb.

why is it so?

hi, i'm using the mini 110,
my laptop bootdisk suddenly got failure,
how do i send it for warranty claim?
where to? and what documents need to bring along?
does lowyat got hp service center?

i was surfing lyn last night, then without closing the browser, i just let it idle (was doing homework),
after finish my homework, i move the mouse, the netbook hang.

then i turn off..
after a while i turn it on back, got message "No bootable device -- insert boot disk and press any key"


i turn off and waited half hour, cos i thought maybe the hdd hot or something.
turn it on again, still same message..

press escape, go to bios, press f2 do system diagnostics, it says hdd failure..


but using hp quickweb, i can play the music and video inside the hdd..

somehow i managed to repair windows. it was 6hrs long. but worth it. so far everything is good.

yeah.. bye bye to my hdd. now completely paralyzed.. lol..
gonna send for RMA this weekend maybe..
