Atom processor all got lag with Flash based game. I have one dual core desktop Atom in my office and it sucks when playing Flash games. I think one of the problem which slows down Atom a lot would be the RAM. If Im not mistaken, newer Atom run at 667MHz but those older one like N330, just run at 400MHz. Thats why Tegra win by miles.
