are you sure it only supports 1gb ram?

just got mine today, set everything up, first thing i test is with bdrip videos
definitely have to upgrade ram soon. just startup itself already almost 75% of ram used

It seems to run ok, but just tested it on windows media player. i wonder if it would be better if i installed mediaplyer classic+coreavc codec.

btw, when you guys got the mini for the first time, how long did you all charge the battery?

do you all keep the hp softwares or do you all uninstall them? seems like they're hogging down the netbook

just wanna confirm, any ddr2 ram will work with the mini 210 rite? plan to upgrade it to 2gb..

with 2gb it should run much smoother, now with 1gb after startup already more than 50% ram usage. imagine if you use with other programs running, it's gonna choke

i was just thinking, is readyboost on windows 7 another alternative to making the mini run smoother and faster?

if no difference in performance then it's like no point putting in the sd card

looking for antivirus to replace the norton one once it expires

oh, so it's the cloud version. i saw a netbook edition from panda's website, but that one need to pay

havent tried the cloud antivirus yet. waiting for the norton to expire
i think i disabled the matrix storage thing already, but the graphics still let it run at startup. left the graphics one on so it'll be easier if i need to configure anything.

There's some that i see there is not really needed, like google toolbar and adobe flash utility.
