Anyone had any idea what happened?

If I were to sent the netbook for service,do I need to go in person or can I ask others to sent it in for me?
We need to sent in the whole box as well? Because I need to sent my netbook for service after 1 day only.Not really sure what I need to do. |

To those who remembered that my hp mini encountered some screen problem, they fixed a silver color cover for me.. So its not black cover anymore  |

I registered at the website first then I called the help line. The guy helped me to file a report and gave me a case number.
So I just need to take the netbook to the service center and tell them my case report number. Waited for 1 week and then they called saying black monitor is still out of stock.If I am ok with the silver one,I can go take straight away.So I just took it straight away. @Mengsuan: Maybe if my keyboard spoilt first Upgraded to Ultimate and using 1gb ram too. |
