Hi there i have 32in Samsung LCD TV (LE-32B350), The LCD TV support only 720p Signals on both HDMI and Component Video and now i using only standard component cable which is so tiny one. i gonna buy the better cable tomorrow and can someone help me which brands has better quality for only 720p, i can pay up to rm30-35 for the cable lol and can i really get one on my budget? and can it really help to improve the picture quality on bigger wire, gold plated?

monster component cable.. may be suits u.. budget lil bit over than wat u expect.....

what about the cheaper one like 30-40 dollars one, will it improve the quality?

make friends with the shop taukeh. ask him whether if you find the cable not giving much upgrade you have the option to change to another expensive one

that way, if the first cable doesnt produce the result you want, you still can go and change......

But how true, that you have to judge yourself...
After buy, you can also give testimonial also...

if your DVD player have HDMI output, stick to the HDMI, it will blow the component video away....

I've just sold off my QED component and stick with HDMI for all my connect except for CD playback which still remain analog

I dont think there will be much different even if u buy other cable..
im also using samsung 32 HD Ready..PQ is ok i guess for 720p

Added on March 27, 2010, 1:14 ambtw - last time i used to spend up to RM150 to get a custom made gold plated s-video cable form one hi-end hifi shop...then i accidentally got myself a RM15 s-video cable from jalan pasar...and the best part is that, i can't see any freakin difference!

So I thought it was my eyesight...so I got myself a new pair of specs...and still, there's no difference!!

now the RM150 cable is lying idle in my storeroom, coz who uses s-videos anymore?

that's why u should go visit Jalan Pasar more often
those taukeh there might even suggest you a good recommendation to items that ur looking for

hence, i guess there's just no different between normal and monster cable

The only difference as our bro said is at the back of the TV.

The difference you feel is also at your wallet which will be lighter, albeit hardly noticeable but it's there.

IMHO, the difference will be seen if use in very high end AV equipment for this type of very expensive cable & vice-versa.
